Ingredients needed to prepare Knorr chicken fried rice
- Chicken fillets – 250g (julienne or cube cut)
- Cooking oil – 1 & ½ tablespoons
- Eggs (whisked completely) – 3
- Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Garlic -1 Tablespoon
- Carrot (julienne cut) – ½ cup
- Capsicum (julienne cut) – ½ cup
- Cabbage – ¾ cup
- Green onion leaves ( slice the stalks must be thin )
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Salt ¼ or according to taste
- Rice (basmati – soaked and boiled with salt) – ½ kg
- Knorr chicken powder – 1 tablespoon OR chicken cubes – 2
- Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon or to taste
- White pepper powder – ½ teaspoon or to taste
- Vinegar – 2 to 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce – 3 to 4 tablespoon or to taste
Instructions to prepare Knorr chicken fried Rice:
Prepare Chicken:
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips or cube
Prepare Egg:
Take a wok, add 1 & ½ tablespoons of oil (or according to need) and eggs and cook until the eggs become crumbled and set it aside.
Prepare Fried Rice
- In the same wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil (or according to need), then add Chopped garlic and fry until its colour changes to light golden.
- Add Chicken, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it changes the colour.
- Add Carrot, capsicum and mix well for about 2 minutes.
- Then add cabbage and mix well
- Add sugar, salt, Knorr chicken powder or Knorr chicken cubes and mix well.
- Add the boiled rice and mix well gently.
- Now add, Black pepper powder, white pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce and mix.
- Then add eggs and green onion leaves and mix.
